At Florissant Family Medicine, we have one mission, to provide great service for the entire family. We see patients of all ages, from newborn to advanced age, and all stages in between.

 

Our policy for acute health issues is to see patients as soon as possible. This means same day or next day service so there is no need to go to urgent care for things like a cold or earache. You can be seen by your provider who knows your medical history and cares for your other health issues.  Keeping your healthcare close to home is our goal.

Diagnostic Laboratory Services

 

We only use credentialed laboratories!

 

 

Did you know that not all Laboratories are credentialed with your insurance carrier? Please check with your insurance carrier and understand your laboratry benefits prior to using our clinic's services. Each patient is expected to understand their Health Insurance Plan requirements (deductibles/co-pays).   

 

Labs are drawn on-site, so you don't have to go anywhere else. We offer various PCR testing options through Centennial Diagnostics. 

 

For our self-pay patients we offer steeply discouted lab pricing through Labcorp and Centennial Diagnostics.

 

We are able to send your labs to Quest Diagnostics, Centennial Diagnostics, or UC Health at your request.

PHARMACY INTEGRATION

We are able to send prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy electronically to save time and hassle. We can send to local, mail-order or compounding pharmacies at the push of a button.

SPECIALTY REFERRALS

On occasion a referral is required to insure that a timely & proper diagnosis is given. We assist all our patients in the process so you don't have to worry about who you're going to see next.

ANNUAL PHYSICALS

The best care is consecutive care. By scheduling your annual exam now, it helps you better understand your overall health. Annual Exams are always scheduled in advance, so please contact us for an appointment

IMMUNIZATIONS

I am a proponent of immunizations and have seen their effectivemess first-hand.  Contact our office today to better understand the importance of proper preventative medicine.
