When acute health issues come up, we prioritize getting you in as soon as possible. Same-day and next-day appointments are available for existing patients, so you do not need to visit urgent care for a cold, earache, or other immediate concerns. Your provider already knows your history and is the right person to see you.
Diagnostic Laboratory Services
We work only with credentialed laboratories.
Not all laboratories are credentialed with every insurance carrier. Before using our lab services, we encourage you to check with your insurance provider and understand your laboratory benefits, including deductibles and co-pays. Every patient is responsible for knowing their Health Insurance Plan requirements.
Labs are drawn on-site, so you do not need to go anywhere else. We offer PCR testing options through Centennial Diagnostics.
Self-pay patients have access to significantly discounted lab pricing through Labcorp and Centennial Diagnostics.
We can send your labs to Quest Diagnostics, Centennial Diagnostics, or UC Health upon request.

Pharmacy Integration
We send prescriptions directly to your preferred pharmacy, whether local, mail-order, or compounding. Electronic prescribing means fewer delays and less time spent on hold. You choose where to pick up your medication.
Specialty Referrals
When a referral is needed, we handle the process from start to finish. We coordinate with specialists, transfer your records, and make sure the next provider has everything they need to continue your care without gaps.
Annual Physicals
Consistent preventive care is the foundation of long-term health. Your Annual Physical gives us a complete picture of where you are today, what to monitor over time, and how to keep you at your best. Annual exams are scheduled in advance, so contact us to reserve your time.
Immunizations
Staying current with immunizations is one of the most reliable ways to protect your health. We refer patients to the Teller County Health Department for vaccine administration. Call ahead to schedule and stay on track with your preventive care.
